By using Yerel Profil, you accept these terms. These terms explain how the service may be used and what the boundaries of Yerel Profil are.

1. Purpose of the service

  • Yerel Profil is an independent management panel that helps local businesses follow their Google Business profiles in a simpler way.
  • Reviews, replies, QR cards, photos, star distribution, business posts, and AI-supported summaries may be presented in one panel.

2. Relationship with Google

  • Yerel Profil is not an official Google product, service, or representative.
  • Google, Google Business Profile, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
  • Yerel Profil aims to present the Google Business data allowed by the user in a clearer panel.

3. User responsibilities

  • The user accepts that they are authorized over the connected business profile.
  • The user is responsible for keeping submitted information accurate and lawful.
  • AI-generated text should be reviewed before being used.
  • Users should not use misleading, rude, discriminatory, or unlawful wording in customer replies.

4. Prohibited uses

  • Creating or buying fake reviews.
  • Misleading customers.
  • Using the service in a way that violates Google policies.
  • Trying to access other businesses’ data without authorization.
  • Abusing the system, sending excessive requests, or harming security.
  • Creating unlawful, aggressive, discriminatory, or misleading content.

5. AI suggestions

  • AI outputs are not automatic decisions or guarantees.
  • AI suggestions are for information and draft preparation only.
  • Yerel Profil does not guarantee that AI output will always be error-free, complete, or suitable.
  • The user remains responsible for texts that are published or sent.

6. QR card usage

  • QR cards may direct users to the business review or destination page.
  • QR scan counts do not prove review conversion with certainty.
  • Yerel Profil does not guarantee that every customer who scans a QR card will leave a review.

7. Sending or publishing to Google

  • If a live connection is not active, sending or publishing actions to Google cannot be completed.
  • After a live connection, actions remain subject to Google permissions, policies, and technical limits.
  • Yerel Profil does not guarantee ranking, visibility, review count, or rating increases on Google.

8. Pricing and trials

  • Yerel Profil may be offered with paid plans or trial periods.
  • Fees, packages, and trial terms may be explained separately.
  • If payment is not completed, some features may be limited or QR redirects may be disabled.

9. Service availability

  • Yerel Profil is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party service changes may affect availability temporarily.

10. Account closure

  • The user may request account closure or removal of a business connection.
  • After closure, related data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Some records may be kept for a limited period because of legal obligations or security logs.

11. Limitation of liability

  • Yerel Profil does not provide legal guarantees or binding consultancy for business decisions.
  • The data and AI suggestions shown in the panel are supportive in nature.
  • Yerel Profil cannot be held responsible for missing data caused by Google-side changes, API limits, or user permission settings.

12. Changes to these terms

  • These terms may be updated from time to time.
  • The latest version becomes effective when it is published on the website.
